A cyclo-computer should be informational, not overwhelming, which sums up CatEye's Velo 8 nicely. It's super simple to operate and understand, features a large easy-to-read display and one large button for changing modes. On top of all the standard functions the Velo 8 has a calorie counter to help you track your energy output.
I have this on my rode bike. This is a pretty reliable tool. The print is kind of small but works well. I have had a few issues with it... Sometimes it stops counting, the piece might move, and it tends to get supper hot and it burned threw a wire. If you know how to splice... it will work perfect i have had mine for 2 1/2 years and didn't have to change the battery yet!
Bottom LineYes, I would recommend this to a friend
