Plano Cycling & Fitness Women's Ride

You'll gain confidence and boost performance on this non-competitive, 20-mile ride open to both beginner and experienced female riders. We'll see you there!

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Where do we meet? In the parking lot at Plano Cycling & Fitness (location).
  • When should I arrive? Wheels hit the road at 8:30am sharp; please arrive with plenty of time to gear up.
  • What should I bring?
  • What skills do I need to have? Every rider level is welcome and encouraged. This is a "no drop" ride, which means no rider will be left behind.
  • How far is the ride? Total distance will be approximately 20 miles at a casual pace of 12-15 mph. Plan for about 1.5 hours of saddle time. Free refreshments will be provided after the ride.
  • What if the weather looks bad? The clinic may be cancelled if bad weather is expected. Please check our Facebook page or contact us directly.
