Policies and Shipping

Price Matching

We are happy to honor price-match requests, with a few considerations: Price match requests apply to in-store transactions only. Bike prices will be matched prior to purchase or up to 14 days after the purchase date. Accessories, parts and clothing will be matched prior to purchase or up to 30 days after the purchase date. The item must be the same year, model and UPC code. The item must be verified in stock at the competitor’s retail location at the time of price match inquiry. The competitor must be within the DFW metro area. Competitors outside the DFW Metro area or online retailers will not be considered for price match inquiries.

Free shipping on orders over $150!*

We offer two delivery options for your convenience: Standard Ground Shipping and In-Store Pickup. Items must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used for payment.

Items shipping from our retail store will take 1-2 business days to process. Items shipping from one of our warehouses will generally ship within 1 business day, but may take up to 7 business days to process. Some items may only be eligible for in-store pickup.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide us and prevents outside parties from being able to see your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.

In-Store Pickup

Most in-store pickup orders will be ready within one business day. We are happy to accommodate quicker pickup times if you contact us to confirm the order prior to picking it up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 10 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Returns

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Please ship all returns via UPS Ground or insured U.S. Mail (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise. Closeout or Clearance sales are FINAL and cannot be returned. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable (i.e. custom built wheels).

Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization.

General Guidelines for easy handling of returns:

  • Receipt required
  • Return the item in its original condition
  • Include the original packaging
  • Return the item within the specified timeframe

Bicycles - New In Stock

Bicycles purchased from in-stock selection should be returned in new condition, within 7 days for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee may be applied to store credit. The restocking fee is waived for bicycles returned, within 7 days, in exchange for another bicycle of equal or greater value. After 7 days, returned bicycles are considered used and appraised as trade-ins.

Bicycles - Custom Build or Modified

Custom-built bicycles and modified stock bicycles (i.e. components are replaced) may be returned as trade-ins. Bicycles with minor modifications (i.e. simple additions) may be returned as new bicycles (see "Bicycles - New In Stock") subject to restocking fees. Installed accessories are subject to a 25% (per item) restocking fee.

Parts & Accessories

Non-bicycle merchandise may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Clothing (including helmets & shoes) - must be unused
  • Food - no returns
  • Consumables - CO2 cartridges, stickers, tires, etc. cannot be returned
  • Polar products – Customers must send directly to Polar (Polar Inc. policy)
  • Closeout, Sale, and Clearance purchases are final and cannot be returned

Items on Sale or Clearance

Items purchased on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned. Please choose carefully.

Special Order Parts & Bicycles

Special Order items (i.e. items or bicycles that we do not stock) are paid for in advance and cannot be returned.

Layaway (available in-store only)

25% down payment is generally required. Minimum monthly payments are required. No returns after 90 days. Prior to 90 days, see normal return policy.

Labor

All bicycle repairs are guaranteed for 30 days. Labor fees are not refundable.

Used Bicycles

Used bicycles are guaranteed for 30 days. Used bicycles cannot be returned.
